I have recently fallen in love with rose water and when making Turkish inspired food or sips you come across it often.
If you are not a huge fan of rose water you can easily substitute it with elderflower cordial instead.
1tsp Rose water
Bubbly or Prosecco of your choice
Good quality Turkish delight
-Place a cube of Turkish delight in each glass.
-A splash of the rose water. It’s quite strong so don’t put too much!
-Full the glasses with the delicious bubbles you are using and a couple rose petals to garnish. I also place a skewer over the top with and extra turkish delight. But you can also leave it as it is!
This has such a great hit of floral flavors….and in my opinion, the best way to eat Turkish delight!
