About This Project

This is a Turkish/Egyptian influenced spice. It’s packed with nuts, chilli, and all sorts of yummy things….

It’s great for seasoning meat or chicken. Sprinkled over salads, veg, couscous or rice……whatever its just so gooood! Traditionally it would have cinnamon but I prefer it without! Just make sure all your nuts/seeds/slices are toasted! It adds to the deadly flavour!
